气相色谱-质谱联用仪分子式:CAS号:性质:气相色谱仪和质谱仪联机(或通过接口),用分离分析的仪器,GC/MS都配有电子计算机,构成GC/MS/DS系统。GC用于混合试样各组分的分离。分离后的单一组分依次进入质谱系统:先经离子源将试样分子离子化,再经质量分析器将离子按质荷比m/z大小分离,顺序由检测器检测构成质谱信号。电子计算机则用作数据的采集、存储、处理、检索和仪器的自动调近代。在GC/MS联用仪中,为了不破坏质谱系统的高真空条件,以保证色谱仪和质谱仪间的匹配,必须采用适当的接口装置以排除色谱的载气,最常用的是分子分离器。若气相色谱中配用内径小于0.25mm的毛细管柱,则可直接与离子源连接,不必通过分离器。是鉴定复杂有机混合物的非常有效的工具。
