甜瓜甜瓜Cucumismelo;muskmelon葫芦科甜瓜属一年生蔓性草本。如新疆哈密瓜。果实供食用。中国南北都有分布,为夏令水果。根系发达,分布广,具较强耐旱力。茎蔓多分枝。叶五角心脏形或近圆形。可分为薄皮甜瓜、厚皮甜瓜两个亚种。性喜高温干燥气候。薄皮甜瓜喜砂质土壤,厚皮甜瓜对环境条件的要求更严。主要病害有枯萎病;主要虫害有瓜守、蚜虫等。
