澳洲坚果澳洲坚果(macadamianut)山龙眼科澳洲坚果属常绿果树,乔木。又名昆士兰栗、夏威夷果、巴布果、澳洲胡桃(台湾)。学名MacadamiaintegrifoliaL.S.Smith.原产于澳洲昆士兰东南海岸雨林和新南威尔士北部河谷地带。中国约于1910年引种实生苗,在台湾、广州、南宁等地有少量标本树,云南、四川曾试种。高10-15m。叶3-4片轮生,长12-36cm,宽2.5-5.5cm,披针形、革质,光滑,边缘有疏离刺状锯齿。总状花序腋生,花米黄色,果圆球形,果皮革质,内果皮坚硬,种仁米黄色至浅棕色。最适生长温度为15-30℃,高于30℃生长严重受阻,10℃停止生长,成龄树能耐短期的-4~-5.6℃低温,在年降水量为1300-3000mm、干湿季明显的热带和温暖无霜的亚热带地区栽培最佳。年降水量低于1140mm而无灌条件的地区不宜种植。土壤深厚肥沃疏松、排水良好、pH4.5-6.5、海拔770m以下为最宜园地。本属仅2种可供食用,即光壳种和粗壳种及其杂交种。苗木可嫁接或扦插繁殖。采向阳、健壮、老熟枝段10-22cm,保留顶部2-4轮叶,插于恒湿沙床中,保持在24℃培育;扦插前枝条基部浸500ppm吲哚丁酸,促进发根。行距10-12米,株距4-5m,每公顷植165-255株,华南地区可稍密,并在前期间种其它作物或果树。要重视整形修剪。理想的树形应在主干离地面60-90cm长出,以后每隔45-60cm抽生分枝,使主枝均匀排列。修剪时,宜在无叶节之上短截,骨干枝宜选分枝夹角较大的外侧叶芽。施氮、磷、钾的比例幼树为1:1:1,结果树为1:2:1.5,施肥时期主要在花蕾高峰期前、夏季和秋季;年施肥量按主干基部直径每厘米150g的10:10:15复合肥计算。各栽培国已发现有近20种病虫害。嫁接苗定植后5-6年开始结果,丰产期40-50年。可用人工采摘或捡落果,大果园则用机械摇落收集。果实需在收后1-3天内去壳,置通风处风干或烘干,或迅速连壳干燥,商品种仁含水量要求在3.5以下。炒炸后的种仁若保持含水量在1.4,在室温下色泽风味可保持18个月不变。种仁含油量60-80,蛋白质和碳水化合物各9,并含丰富的钙磷、铁及维生素B1、B2等。
