羟基马桑毒素分子式:CAS号:性质:又称吐丁内酯,羟基马桑毒素。无味白色结晶。熔点209~212℃,也有报道为204~205℃。旋光度+9.25°(乙醇),+13.9°(c=0.75,甲醇)。溶于水、乙醇、乙醚。天然存在于马桑科植物新西兰马桑[Coriaria ruscifolia L.(Tutu)]的果实,桑寄生[Loran-thus parasiticus (L.) Merr. ]等植物中。可用化学合成法制得。本品是马桑中治疗精神分裂症的主要有效成分。能够消除精神症状,具有控制兴奋、消除幻觉妄想以及使退缩少动患者增加外界活动能力的作用。临床上用于治疗精神分裂症。本品还对中枢神经有防己毒样的兴奋作用。对动物有抽搐作用。
