藜芦碱分子式:CAS号:性质:又称瑟瓦定;西伐丁。系由原产于欧洲、美国等地的百合科(Liliaceae)、苇茎百合属植物(Schoe-nocaulon officinale)的种子中或铁筷子属(Helle-bore)植物根茎中提取。它是藜芦碱类(veratrine)中主要成分之一。属甾体类生物碱之一。凡从乙醚中析出者为片形针状体。熔点205℃,213~214.5℃分解。旋光度+12.8。 (c=3.2,乙醇中)。1g可溶于15ml乙醇或乙醚中,微溶于水。有毒!LD50(鼠腹膜内注射)3.5mg/kg体重。生物学作用与藜芦胺(veratra-mine)相似。其重要衍生物有:氯化金藜芦碱(黄色针状结晶物)和氯化汞藜芦碱(C32H49NO9·HCl·HgCl)等。本品有极度局部刺激作用、特别对黏膜组织。降血压药。具有强心兴奋子宫的作用,能提高有机磷中毒的治疗效果,毒性很大须在监控下使用。
