2-氟氯菊酯分子式:C23H22CL3O2分子量:422.9CAS号:密度:1.210g/cm3熔点:68~70.6℃闪点:165(泰格开杯)℃蒸气压:0.024mPa(25℃)毒性LD50(mg/kg):大鼠急性经口LD50为54.5,鹌鹑1800,野鸭大于4450。兔急性经皮LD50大于2000。1d饲喂试验无作用剂量(mg/(kg·d)):狗1,大鼠小于2,兔8。无致畸作用。8d饲喂LC50(mg/kg饲料):鹌鹑4450,野鸭1280。鱼毒LC50(96h,mg/L):蓝鳃0.0035、虹鳟0.0015。因其在水中的涪解性低和对土壤的高亲合力,使其在田间条件下实际使用时对水生系统影响很小。性状:其纯品为固体溶解情况:溶解度:水0.1mg/L,溶于丙酮(1.25kg/L)、氧仿、二氯甲烷、乙醚、甲苯、庚烷(89g/L),徽溶于戊烷、甲醇。用途:本品属拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂,广泛用干防治禾谷类作物、棉花、果树、葡萄,观赏植物和蔬莱上的鞘翅目、双翅目、半翅目,同翅目、鳞翅目和直翅目害虫,也可防治某些害螨。施药量从5g(a.i.)/ha(防治禾谷类作物上的蚜虫)、45g(a.i.)/ha(防冶果树上的蚜虫和鳞翅目害虫),直至100g(a.i.)/ha(防治棉花和观赏植物上的棉叶螨)。以6g/ha防治苹果蠢蛾,以3g/hL防治苹果冬尺蠖,以80g/ha防治苹果全抓螨、鹅耳枥素方叶螨,对苹果潜叶蛾、苹草缢管蚜、苹蚜、桃蚜和棉红铃虫也有较好防效。制备或来源:2-双苯羧酸与氯化亚砜、吡啶在甲苯中反应,转变成酰氯,然后用二甲基甲酰胺处理,得到酰胺化合物,再在 1,2-二甲氧基乙烷中用氢化锂铝还原(回流18h),生成苯基苄胺。该苄胺在无水乙醇中,与碘甲烷回流45分钟,定量地得到三甲基铵盐,该铵盐在三氯化铝柞用下,得到异构化产物。异构物与氯甲酸乙酯在甲苯中;于80℃下反应3h,定量得到氯代化合物,最后再与相应的取代菊酸在氢氧化钾存在下,乙腈中回流16h,即得产品。备注:稳定性:原药(熔点61~66℃)在25℃条件下稳定1年以上,在无然日光下DT50为255d,在太阳灯下DT50为119d,在PH5~9(21℃)稳定21d,土壤中DT50为65~125d。类别:杀虫剂
