1.Using linkage analysis based on advanceed backcrosse population, a new resistance gene scm3 resistanted to the Sugar Cane Mosaic Virus (SCMV) derived from an elite inbred line Hai9-21was identifid.本实验以优良玉米杂交种豫玉22的母本自交系(综3)为供体亲本、父本自交系(87-1)为受体亲本,通过杂交、回交和SSR标记全程跟踪供体的染色体片段的方法,构建了以87-1为背景的综3染色体单片段代换系群体;利用高代回交群体,结合BSA(bulked segregantanalysis)分池和SSR分子标记,鉴定并初步定位了1个新的玉米矮花叶病隐性抗病基因。

防治红檵木天牛及花叶病近年来,随着城市绿化事业的不断发展,红檵木作为彩色树种,在城市绿化中占有越来越重要地位。然而,由于绿化维护管理方面存在一些薄弱环节,我们经常看见一株株冠径1米多的红檵木整株死亡,严重影响了绿地景观效果。去年11月份,我们对红檵木死亡原因进行了研究,纠正了以前曾采取的不正确处理方法。一、虫害:经过对圃里濒临死亡的大规格红檵木挖开根部仔细观察,发现主要是蛀干类害虫星天牛的为害。1、为害方式:以幼虫在树基环状剥皮,最后蛀入木质部,由于苗木的韧皮部遭到破坏,致使水分和养分传输受阻,渐渐部分死亡,最后发展为整株死亡。2、幼虫形态特征:前胸后端有“凸”形纹,其前还有一对飞鸟形纹。3、防治方法:1.5至6月份捕捉成虫。2.成虫活动期,用塑料片包扎树基,防止其产卵。3.用80%敌敌畏乳剂或40%乐果乳油加水及黄泥拌成糊状,涂刷树基。4.钩杀幼虫,可塞入药棉,用泥封住。二、红檵木花叶病1、为害症状:首先表现为叶脉失绿,接着是叶片上呈轻微的斑驳状,以后成为深浅红斑驳状。新叶上症状更为明显。2、发病规律:此病毒病多由蚜虫传播。另外,红檵木多由扦插繁殖,扦插材料若带有病毒,也是导致病害的直接原因。3、防治办法:灭蚜对红檵木花叶病有一定控制作用,另外,红檵木多实行扦插繁殖,由于病毒的积累,到一定程度显现出来。因此,选择健壮的枝条进行扦插,也是防病的关键。不管怎样,注意田间的卫生管理,根除病株,清除CMV的其他寄主,以减少浸染源,是最主要的防治方法。(来源:中国花卉报2003-06-19)
