硝硫氰醚分子式:C13H8N2O3S分子量:272.27CAS号:19881-18-6性质:熔点107-113℃。溶于丙酮,不溶于水。制备方法:以对硝基氯苯为原料,在氢氧化钾存在下与对硝基苯酚缩合得到1-(4-硝基苯氧基)-4-硝基苯,然后用铁粉还原成1-(4-氨基苯氧基)-4-硝基苯。最后与硫光氧或五硫二磷反应,制得硝硫氰醚。中间体1-(4-氨基苯氧基)-4-硝基苯也可由对硝基氯苯与扑热息痛缩合制得。用途:驱绦虫新药。对细粒棘球绦虫成虫和幼虫均有显著效果,驱虫率达92.6%。对线虫、血吸虫亦有良好药效。
