乙基西梭霉素乙基紫苏霉素分子式:CAS号:性质:又名乙基西梭霉素乙基紫苏霉素,立克菌星。常用其硫酸盐,为白色结晶性粉末。易溶于水,水溶液较稳定。由西索米星硫酸盐经缩合、还原制得。抗菌谱与庆大霉素、妥布霉素相似,特点是不被核苷化酶钝化,对产生此酶的细菌有效。肌肉注射后30~60min出现血药浓度峰值,有效浓度维持8~12h,血浆蛋白结合率低。血浆半衰期为2.5h,以原形自尿排出。对耳、肾毒性为常用氨基苷类抗生素中最低的一个。肝、肾功能不全,老年人及重症肌无力者慎用。
