乙基西梭霉素乙基紫苏霉素分子式：CAS号：性质：又名乙基西梭霉素乙基紫苏霉素，立克菌星。常用其硫酸盐，为白色结晶性粉末。易溶于水，水溶液较稳定。由西索米星硫酸盐经缩合、还原制得。抗菌谱与庆大霉素、妥布霉素相似，特点是不被核苷化酶钝化，对产生此酶的细菌有效。肌肉注射后30～60min出现血药浓度峰值，有效浓度维持8～12h，血浆蛋白结合率低。血浆半衰期为2.5h，以原形自尿排出。对耳、肾毒性为常用氨基苷类抗生素中最低的一个。肝、肾功能不全，老年人及重症肌无力者慎用。
