腥黑粉菌科 黑粉菌目的 1科。本科真菌冬孢子单生或结合成永久性的孢子球。冬孢子萌发时,核就进行减数分裂,并继续分裂为8个单相核,然后才移入原菌丝。原菌丝无隔,如小麦网腥黑粉菌,顶生8个担孢子。半数为A1,半数为A2,两亲和担孢子互相结合成H形,质配时,H形一方的原生质流入另一方中,而后产生小梗,双核同时分裂产生新月形双核分生孢子。分生孢子生芽管入侵寄主,最后产生冬孢子球,由H形成员发生的双核菌丝也可不生分生孢子而直接侵染寄主。 本科下分约13属250种。其中腥黑粉菌属最大,可生在植物各部位,但以子房为多,孢子单生,常有腥味,约90种,如小麦光黑腥粉菌、小麦网腥黑粉菌、谷子腥黑粉菌、稻粒黑粉菌。条黑粉菌属的孢子结合成孢子球,中央为1至多个孢子,有一层不育细胞围生,约100种,如杆黑粉菌、芹菜根瘤黑粉菌等。叶黑粉菌属寄生在茎、叶组织中,不形成黑粉而形成病斑,约有90种,如稻叶黑粉菌。
