1.Sclerotinia sclerotiorum was incubated by submerged fermentation and sclerotan was obtained.利用核盘菌深层发酵培养得到核盘菌多糖(SSG),考察了摇瓶装液量、摇床转速、发酵液pH值、培养温度对核盘菌深层发酵的影响;对核盘菌多糖提取条件如水料比、温度、时间等进行响应面实验,建立了多糖提取率的二次回归方程,经响应面分析以及实验验证,得到核盘菌多糖提取工艺的优化条件。

核盘菌核盘菌Sclerotiniasclerotiorum(Lib.)deBary中文学名核盘菌拉丁学名Sclerotiniasclerotiorum(Lib.)deBary中文别名同物异名分类地位蜡钉菌目>核盘菌科>核盘菌属>形态特征子囊盘小,呈小杯状,浅肉色至褐色,单个或几个从菌核上生出,直径0.5-1cm,柄褐色细长,弯曲,长3-5cm,向下渐细,与菌核相连。菌核形状多样,长3-15μm。子囊圆柱形,120-140μm×11μm,孢子通常8个,单行排列,椭圆形,8-14μm×4-8μm,侧丝细长,线形,无色,顶部较粗。图例图1271核盘菌:1.子囊盘,2.孢子,3.子囊及侧丝生态习性生于林地上。分布地区吉林河南江苏四川广西广东江西福建台湾湖南湖北浙江甘肃陕西贵州新疆经济用途记载可食用,不过一般个体小,食用价值不大。日本曾利用此菌发酵培养,制取的多糖,对小白鼠肉瘤180有抑制作用。另外,此菌危害十字花科、豆科、茄科、芸香科等植物。
