霜霉病 由真菌中的霜霉菌引起的植物病害。霜霉菌是专性寄生菌,极少数的霜霉菌已可人工培养,如引起谷子白发病的禾生指梗霉 (Sclerospora graminicola)、引起白菜霜霉病的寄生霜霉(Peronospora parasitica)。有的种存在不同的生理型,如引起莴苣霜霉病的莴苣盘梗霉(B.remiarlactucae)和引起黄瓜霜霉病的古巴拟霜霉(Pseudoperonospora cubensis)。常见的霜霉病除上述几种外,还有甘蔗霜霉病和大豆霜霉病。烟草霜霉病是毁灭性病害。(见彩图) 症状 根据病原菌寄主的不同而各异。主要在叶片正面形成黄色、多角形病斑,在病斑的背面产生白色或紫灰色霉层,为病菌的孢囊梗和孢子囊,发展迅速时在短期内使叶片枯干以致植株枯死。植物的花梗、果实等受害后,可引起组织膨大或畸形,如十字花科作物霜霉病。禾谷类作物发生霜霉病可使花器变态呈小叶状,如谷子白发病;或引起植株矮化、萎黄,如水稻、小麦等的黄化萎缩病。 侵染循环 霜霉菌主要有 2个类型:①局部性的侵染。产生点发性病斑,生长季中不断产生孢子囊频繁地再侵染,病害流行速度非常快。大多数霜霉病属这种类型。②系统侵染。卵孢子从植物的芽鞘侵入后,菌丝随寄主生长点侵入全株,引起全株性症状,病害流行速度较慢,如谷子白发病。 霜霉菌以卵孢子在土壤中、病残体或种子上越冬(如谷子白发病),或以菌丝体潜伏在茎、芽(如葡萄霜霉病)或种子内越冬(如白菜霜霉病),成为次年病害的初侵染源,生长季由孢子囊进行再侵染。在中国南方温湿条件适宜的地区可周年进行侵染。霜霉菌主要靠气流或雨水传播,有的也可以靠介体昆虫或人为传播。 防治途径 着重采用抗病品种,搞好田间清洁,进行种子消毒,合理施肥、灌水,防止植株徒长和降低田间湿度。由于霜霉病流行迅速,必须做好病害发生的预测工作,便于及时进行药剂防治。铜制剂、有机硫、有机氯的一些农药为较好的保护剂,乙磷铝、瑞多霉是较好的内吸治疗剂。
