草地螟 昆虫纲鳞翅目(Lepidoptera)螟蛾科(Pyralidae)。又名黄绿条螟、甜菜网螟。杂食性害虫。成虫体长 8~12毫米,翅展20~26毫米,触角丝状,前翅灰褐色,具暗褐色斑点,沿外缘有淡黄色点状条纹,翅中央稍近前缘有一淡黄色斑,后翅淡灰褐色,沿外缘有2条波状纹。卵长约1毫米,椭圆形,乳白色。幼虫体长19~21毫米,淡灰绿或黄绿色。蛹长14毫米左右,淡黄色。中国的东北、华北、西北地区以及朝鲜、日本、苏联、东欧和北美均有分布。主要为害甜菜、苜蓿、大豆、马铃薯、亚麻、向日葵、胡萝卜、葱、玉米、高粱、蓖麻,以及藜、苋、菊等科植物。初龄幼虫取食叶肉组织,残留表皮或叶脉。3 龄后可食尽叶片。是间歇性大发生的重要害虫。大发生时能使作物绝产。每年发生1~4代,以老熟幼虫在土中作茧越冬。在东北、华北、内蒙古主要为害区一般每年发生2代,以第1代为害最为严重。越冬代成虫始见于5月中、下旬,6月为盛发期。6月下旬至7月上旬是严重为害期。第2代幼虫发生于8月上中旬,一般为害不大。成虫白天在草丛或作物地里潜伏,在天气晴朗的傍晚,成群随气流远距离迁飞。卵多产于野生寄主植物的叶茎上。幼虫有吐丝结网习性。3龄前多群栖网内,3龄后分散栖息,在虫口密度大时,常大批从草滩向农田爬迁为害。一般春季低温多雨不适发生,如在越冬代成虫羽化盛期气温较常年高,则有利于发生。孕卵期间如遇环境湿度干燥,又不能吸食到适当水分,产卵量减少或不产卵。天敌有寄生蜂等70余种。防治方法包括用敌百虫、敌敌畏、马拉硫磷等喷杀幼虫,秋耕,清除杂草等。
