相思豆毒蛋白分子式:CAS号:性质:自豆科植物相思豆(Abrus precatorius L)种子提取而得的糖蛋白。淡黄色粉末,溶于氯化钠(不透明)。毒性80℃,30min消失。一种毒性很高的细胞毒类植物蛋白。相思豆毒蛋白分子由酸性A链(分子量3000)和中性B链(分子量35 000)组成二条链之间有二硫键(-S-S-)连接。A链能抑制蛋白质合成;B链起载体作用,能与毒蛋白的细胞表面结合。它是通过降解细胞内聚核糖,强烈抑制蛋白质的生物合成,中度抑制DNA合成,对RNA不起作用。有抗肿瘤活性,也用作制备免疫毒素的原料。
