遗传距离(genetic distance) 遗传距离(genetic distance) 衡量品种间若干性状综合遗传差异大小的指标。育种目标所要求的性状不止一个,为了能够更全面地反映亲本品种间的遗传差异,需要对多个性状综合考虑,从而引伸出遗传距离的概念。按多元统计分析方法计算品种间多个性状基因型值构成的多维空间的几何距离,就叫作品种间的遗传距离。 假定有n个品种,每个品种观察p个性状(n>p),那么,可将这n个品种看作是p维空间内的n个点,其中第i点的座标Xi=(Xi1+X i2+……X ip)。于是,品种i和品种j之间p个性状的综合2传差异,则相当于p维空间内X i和X j点间的距离。所以,任何两个品种的综合遗传差异,都可以用多维空间内相应两点间的距离表示。 为了消除性状间相关的干扰,计算距离前需要进行枢轴凝聚转换或主成分转换。利用转换后的独立变量(或主成分)计算各品种之间的差异(Y ik-Y jk),这些差异的平方和就是品种i和j在p维空间的几何距离(D 2ij),亦即: D 2ij =Σpk=1(Y ik -Y jk)2 式中D 2ij是品种i和品种j之间的遗传距离,Y ik和Y jk分别是品种i和j第k个转换后的变量(主成分)值。
