淋巴活性杀伤细胞药物名称:淋巴活性杀伤细胞英文名:适应症: 本品具有明显杀伤各种肿瘤细胞的淋巴细胞(LAK细胞),而对人体正常细胞无损伤。实验表明,其与白细胞介素-2共同使用,可极大提高LAK细胞对肿瘤细胞的杀伤效应。LAK细胞目前已被国内外认为是继手术、放疗、化疗等方法治疗恶性肿瘤的第4种模式,是肿瘤过继性免疫治疗的主要制剂。 用量用法: 静滴:100ml/次,每日1次或隔日1次,10次为1疗程。在LAK细胞应用期间,每日肌注白细胞介素-24500U为宜,也可用于经动脉导管直接灌注到肿瘤部位治疗,每次导管内可灌注1~2瓶。LAK细胞出厂后36小时内用完,否则淋巴细胞杀伤活性减低而影响疗效。 注意事项: 治疗中一般无不良反应,个别患者可出现寒战,可给予激素、异丙嗪等对症处理。本品使用前无需做血型测定。 规格: 针剂:100ml(含LAK细胞1×10的8次方~1.5×10的8次方个)。 类别:其他抗肿瘤药及辅助治疗药
