蝎毒分子式:CAS号:性质:又称蝎子毒。是蝎子产生的毒素。主要含有多种昆虫的神经毒素和哺乳动物的神经毒素。尚含有心脏毒素、溶血毒素、透明质酸酶及磷脂酶等。每次尾螫的排毒量约有1mg毒液。中国蝎毒的致死毒性比美洲地区的小。哺乳动物的神经毒素主要作用于钠通道,是研究钠通道的工具药。蝎毒对人的危害较大,可致局部炎症、疼痛、疲劳、身体不适、心律不齐及呼吸衰竭。儿童对蝎毒甚为敏感,中毒时必须尽快使用抗蝎毒血清治疗。
