高效毛细管电泳分子式:CAS号:性质:是近年来发展最快的分析方法之一。CE统指以高压电场为驱动力,以毛细管为分离通道,依据样品中各组分之间淌度和分配行为上的差异而实现分离的一类液相分离技术。它可分为六种分离模式:毛细管区带电泳(CZE)、毛细管胶束电动色谱(MECC)、毛细管凝胶电泳(CGE)、毛细管等电聚焦(CIEF)、毛细管等速电泳(CITP)和毛细管电色谱(CEC)。除未和等离子体发射光谱(ICP)连接外,CE几乎已和所有检测器相连,包括紫外(UV)、红外(IR)、核磁共振(NMR)、质谱(MS)、拉曼(Raman)等检测器。CE具有质量灵敏度高、分离效率高、分析速度快和样品用量少等优点。近年来CE在肽、蛋白、DNA、糖等生物大分子及离子分析、小分子药物分析等各方面均得到广泛应用。
