短纤维增强金属基复合材料分子式:CAS号:性质:以金属或合金为基体,短纤维增强的金属基复合材料。金属基体主要有铝、镁、锌、铅、铜等金属及合金。短纤维主要有碳、氧化铝(Saffile)、硅酸铝、碳化硅、氮化硼等,可以是短纤维,也可以是短纤维产品。短纤维增强金属基复合材料中纤维含量约为5%~20%。可根据用途不同选择含量。其性能与连续纤维不同,纵横向性能差别不大,如经过挤压、轧制纤维排列有一定方向性。其制备方法主要有挤压铸造法、真空压力浸渍法和粉末冶金法,一般先将短纤维加入少量粘接剂做成预制块,放入模具中,然后用挤压铸造或真空压力浸渍法将金属液注入纤维预制块中,使金属与短纤维复合一起。可直接做成复合锭,复合锭可进行挤压、轧制成型材和板材。
