固定床加压煤气化炉分子式:CAS号:性质:又称固定床加压煤气化炉(干法排渣)。煤气化炉的一种型式。气化炉是一直立圆筒,炉顶有加煤装置,底部有炉箅,气化炉上部设有分布兼搅拌破碎装置。气化剂(水蒸气和氧气)由炉底部通过炉箅进入炉内,与炉内的块煤进行气化反应,主要反应:2C+O2=2CO(放热);C+H2O=CO+H2(吸热)。气化炉自热连续运行,制得的煤气由气化炉上部排出,其组成大致为:CO2 26.3%,CO23%,CH47.7%,H240%,N2+Ar2%,煤由炉顶加入,灰渣经炉箅排出,气化压力3.0MPa左右。该法一般用褐煤或部分无烟煤为原料,气化温度900~1000℃,生成气中含有较多的杂质(焦油、轻油、酚、氨、硫化物等),需要处理。由于煤气中CH4含量较高,用作合成氨原料气时,需要在后工序进行处理。该炉型为鲁奇公司开发。
