本发明涉及LED球泡灯领域,尤其是一种具有高发光均匀度与大角度照射范围的轴对称发光的LED球泡灯。
背景技术:
:当前,鉴于LED具有高效能、高演色性、环保、节能及使用寿命长等诸多优点,各界皆趋向以LED作为发光源制造各式照明灯具。以照明球泡灯为例,早期的球泡灯采用钨丝做为发光源,通过通电利用电阻将钨丝加热至白炽以发出光线进行照明,该种球泡灯的发光特性近似为点光源,因此当其进行照明时可达到360度全周光的发光效能。如前述,现今采用LED作为灯具光源已为趋势,但是,当前的LED球泡灯于球泡灯内的光源多半设计为发光面朝上并与发光角度垂直,但同时因球泡灯的外形结构对光会产生遮蔽效果,因此致使现有的LED球泡灯的发光角度不够大,并多呈现光线过于集中以及具狭隘发光角度的状态,且亦受限于LED的发光角度与总出光流明等特性限制,使现有的LED球泡灯无法如同传统白炽灯具有极为均匀与广角发光的光线达到全周光的均匀照明效果。故LED球泡灯仍须致力朝向提升照射角度与光线均匀度的目标进行设计与改善,以使LED球泡灯可提供更佳的照明效能。因此,为了改善利用LED球泡灯的发光效能,当前相关业者多采用三维照明角度的设置方式,以提升LED球泡灯的照射角度,使之可更趋向钨丝灯的全周光照明状态。如图1~图4所示,其为目前市面常见的各类LED球泡灯1。图1所示的LED球泡灯1,其采用将LED光源10直立设置的方式,直接对四周发光以增大出光角度;图2所示的LED球泡灯1,亦将 LED光源10直立设置,并相较于图1的LED球泡灯1,其能够提升LED光源10的设置数量使其形成更多面向的三维照明角度,以产生更多角度的出光;图3所示的LED球泡灯1,则是利用电路基板11的多角度拼装,以供其上LED光源10的光线可射向各角度;图4所示则是于LED光源10上方增加一二次光学透镜12,以达到扩大照射角度形成全周光照明的目的。但是,如上述各种方式,皆可见相较于传统发光面朝上的LED球泡灯,在调整LED光源10设置方向时须重新设计与考虑,甚至连同用以安装LED光源10的区域亦须重新设计,且如图1中的LED球泡灯1,明显可见其仅具有两个LED光源10设置区域,因此仍有光线无法到达的照射角度。再者,如图2及图3中的LED球泡灯1,其亦为目前相当常见的三维照明角度设计方式,为了提升LED光源10的出光角度,必须增加LED光源10的设置数量,相对地用以设置LED光源10的支架或电路基板12的数量亦须随之提升,因此大幅增加了制造与组装成本。且虽皆属三维照明角度,但如前述,LED球泡灯1的外型亦会影响LED光源10的发光角度,故针对相异的LED球泡灯1则需逐一设计符合出光角度的支架或电路基板11。此外,如图4,亦有业者采用于LED光源10外增设二次光学透镜12的方式,使光线通过二次光学透镜12扩大照射角度,此种方式则需另于LED球泡灯1设置其余元件,从而提升了制造成本与组装时间。因此,当前为了提升LED球泡灯的出光角度与均匀度所采用的方式均大幅提升制造上所需成本,以及组装时间与设计难易度等,虽可略为解决LED球泡灯于发光效能方面的问题,但是实际上仍存有多项缺失。故本发明人构思一种轴对称发光的LED球泡灯,希望可有效解决现有的LED球泡灯问题,进一步提升平面发光的LED球泡灯照射角度与发光均匀度,免除繁复的光源设置方式并降低生产成本。技术实现要素:本发明的一目的在于提供一种轴对称发光的LED球泡灯,其可调整发 光面向上的LED出光角度,并均匀化整体光线均匀度,以提供极佳的类全周光的广角发光角度与照射光线均匀度。为了达到上述目的,本发明提供的一种轴对称发光的LED球泡灯包括一灯罩、一基板及一底座,该基板设置于该底座上,且该基板上设置有多个LED发光源;该灯罩端缘与该底座连接,从而使该基板被罩设于该灯罩内,其中,该灯罩不同部位的厚度不相同,且该灯罩顶部厚度大于该灯罩侧边厚度,供该多个LED发光源设于空间中一极坐标原点位置,当该多个LED发光源的照明指向朝向该极坐标0度方向时,该多个LED发光源的光线通过该灯罩后,在该极坐标位置135度至180度之间的光通量至少为该多个LED发光源的总光通量的5%;以及在该极坐标位置0度至135度之间,至少90%空间位置处的光强度I与该极坐标位置0度至135度之间的平均发光强度Iavg之间满足以下关系式:(|I-Iavg|/Iavg)<25%。其中,极坐标+30度至-30度范围内的该灯罩厚度与极坐标+90度至+30度范围内的该灯罩厚度之比为(1.8~3):1,以及极坐标+30度至-30度范围内的该灯罩厚度与极坐标-90度至-30度范围内的该灯罩厚度之比为(1.8~3):1,于此比例范围内,可使本发明于同时符合最佳的发光均匀度与广角照射角度条件外,更可达到最佳的照明效能。此外,该灯罩内面的剖面边缘线可呈弧线,或为具有多个转折点的一曲线,且该曲线左右对称,且该灯罩内面顶端至该基板的距离为50mm~60mm,及该灯罩外围最大宽度距离为58mm~70mm。综上所述,本发明提供的轴对称发光的LED球泡灯,能够有效提升利用LED作为光源的球泡灯的发光效能通过非均匀厚度的该灯罩降低LED发光源于特定角度产生的过强光线,使球泡灯于预定出光角度的光线更趋 该灯罩20端缘与该底座22连接,从而使该基板21被罩设于该灯罩20内。该轴对称发光的LED球泡灯2的特征在于,该灯罩20不同部位的厚度不相同,且该灯罩20顶部的厚度相对大于该灯罩20侧边的厚度,使该灯罩20呈现非均匀厚度的状态,该多个LED发光源211设于空间中一极坐标原点位置,且当该多个LED发光源211的照明指向朝该极坐标0度方向时,该多个LED发光源211的光线通过该灯罩后,在该极坐标位置135度至180度之间的光通量至少为该多个LED发光源的总光通量的5%;以及在该极坐标位置0度至135度之间,至少90%空间位置处的光强度I与该极坐标位置0度至135度之间的平均发光强度Iavg之间满足关系式(|I-Iavg|/Iavg)<25%,藉此使该轴对称发光的LED球泡灯2的发光状态具有更佳的均匀度与照射广度,以达类全周光的发光效果。其中,该灯罩20的厚度越大,其造成光线反射的效果越佳,亦即更可达到近全周光的照明效果,但相对地该多个LED发光源211投射出该灯罩20的发光强度及亮度亦会减弱,因此,该多个LED发光源211的光线随该灯罩20的厚度提升而产生渐弱的发光强度及趋向广阔的照射角度,反之,随该灯罩20的厚度减少而产生渐强的发光强度及趋向狭隘的照射角度,可知光线的呈现根据该灯罩20厚度的不同而具有趋向式的改变。因此,经由对该灯罩20厚度的调整即可改变该多个LED发光源211的发光角度与强度,但是,若想在符合上述光通量与发光强度的要求下,使该轴对称发光的LED球泡灯2具有更好的照明效果,可进一步定义该灯罩20的厚度比例。以下为针对该灯罩20的厚度于极坐标+30度至-30度范围与极坐标+90度至+30度范围内以及-90度至-30度范围内的各厚度比例(以下简称为该灯罩20厚度比例)进行光学实验后所得数据。且经实验后可得于极坐标+30度至-30度范围内的该灯罩20厚度相对于极坐标+90度至+30度范围内以及-90度至-30度范围内的该灯罩20厚度,其比例为(1.8~3):1时,可同时符合上述对于光通量与发光强度的限定,并使该轴对称发光的LED球泡 度比例为1.8:1时,该轴对称发光的LED球泡灯2位于该极坐标位置135度至180度,其光通量约略为该多个LED发光源211总光通量的7.699%;当该灯罩20厚度比例为3:1时,该轴对称发光的LED球泡灯2位于该极坐标位置135度至180度,其光通量约略为该多个LED发光源211总光通量的8.379%;及当该灯罩20厚度比例为3.1:1时,该轴对称发光的LED球泡灯2位于该极坐标位置135度至180度,其光通量约略为该多个LED发光源211总光通量的8.733%。然而,虽在光通量测试项目,该灯罩20厚度比例在1:1、1.7:1、1.8:1、3:1及3.1:1的条件下,皆可达到于该极坐标位置135度至180度时的光通量为该多个LED发光源211的总光通量的5%,但本发明的技术特征在于该轴对称发光的LED球泡灯2除了达到于该极坐标位置135度至180度时的光通量为该多个LED发光源211的总光通量的5%的发光亮度外,并同时使该轴对称发光的LED球泡灯2于该极坐标位置0度至135度之间至少90%的该空间位置光强度I满足(|I-Iavg|/Iavg)<25%的关系式。因此,结合前述的实验结果,该灯罩20的厚度比例于1:1、1.7:1及3.1:1时,仍不符本发明所欲达到的照明效果。如图8~图12所示分别为依据实验结果所绘制的各光形图,图中显示该轴对称发光的LED球泡灯2显示该极坐标位置0度与180度剖面的光强分布,以及该极坐标位置90度与270度剖面的光强分布,于图8~12中,分别以LA表示该极坐标位置0度与180度组成的平面中所形成的光曲线,LB表示该极坐标位置90度与270度组成的平面中所形成的光曲线。图8为该灯罩20的厚度比例为1:1的光形图,图9为该灯罩20的厚度比例为1.7:1的光形图,图10为该灯罩20的厚度比例为1.8:1的光形图,图11为该灯罩20的厚度比例为3:1的光形图,图12为该灯罩20的厚度比例为3.1:1的光形图。由该些光形图可得知,当该灯罩20厚度比例为1.8:1及3:1时,兼具最佳光线照射广度与均匀度,使以LED作为光源的LED球泡灯更可达类全周光的照明效果。因此为了使本发明可达成全周光的照 明效能,并同时维持一定的发光强度,结合上述实验结果,限定于极坐标+30度至-30度范围内的该灯罩20厚度相对于极坐标+90度至+30度范围内以及-90度至-30度范围内的该灯罩20厚度,其比例为(1.8~3):1,使该轴对称发光的LED球泡灯2于符合上述光通量与发光强度的条件外,更可达最佳发光效率与均匀性。其中,较佳者,该灯罩20内面的剖面线边缘可为弧线,或呈具有多个转折点的一曲线,且该曲线左右对称,于本实施例中,以该灯罩20内面的剖面线边缘为弧线示意说明。此外,该灯罩20内面顶端至该基板21的距离值L为50mm~60mm,该灯罩20外围最大宽度值W距离为58mm~70mm。综上所述,本发明针对发光面向上的LED球泡灯,通过非均匀厚度的该灯罩20有效降低该多个LED发光源211于特定角度的光线强度,使光线扩散以于预定出光角度达成均匀出光,以获得均匀的发光效果及大角度照射范围效能,有效改善现行LED球泡灯发光不均与光线角度过于集中的缺失。以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非用以限定本发明实施的范围;故在不脱离本发明的精神与范围下所作的均等变化与修饰,皆应涵盖于本发明的保护范围内。当前第1页1 2 3
