飑线飑线squallline排列成带状的雷暴群。一种范围较小、生命史较短、气压和风的不连续线。其宽度由不及一千米至几千米，最宽至几十千米，长度一般由几十千米至几百千米，维持时间由几小时至十几小时。飑线出现非常突然。飑线过境时，风向突变，气压涌升、气温急降，同时，狂风、雨雹交加，能造成严重的灾害。北半球温带地区，飑线前多偏南风，线后转偏西或偏北风，飑线后的风速一般为每秒十几米，强时可超过40米／秒。飑线前天气较好，降水区多在飑线后。飑线两侧温差可达10℃以上。飑线多出现在高空槽后和冷涡的南或西南方；有时出现在高空槽前、副热带高压西北边缘的低空西南暖湿气流里；少数飑线产生于台风前部的倒槽或东风波里。从相应的地面形势看，大部分飑线与锋面活动有关，主要发生在地面冷锋前100～500千米的暖区内。飑线产生于强烈位势不稳定的层结中。飑线与高空急流也有一定的联系，多发生于急流区或风的铅直切变较大的区域。
