精神病综合治疗精神病综合治疗integrated psychiatric treatment　　精神病综合治疗(integrated psyehiatrietreatment)对精神病人进行包括心理动力学、神经生物学、药理学、社会和学习理论等方面的治疗。在应用上分三个步骤:首先采集病人的生物、心理、社会历史和进行精神状况检查，在建立初步印象后，进行进一步的检查，如全身躯体检查、心理测验、神经病学检查、脑电图，以获得一个确切的诊断;第二步对重性精神病人，考虑应用哪一种精神药物。这往往须根据病人的临床表现和药物的适应征和禁忌征来确定，并从中证实诊断正确与否;第三步确定是否采用心理治疗或社会治疗或行为治疗，合用或不合用药物。但如果是适合心理治疗者，原则上应先选用心理治疗或非药物性治疗，然后才考虑药物。心理治疗方法亦根据病人的具体情况而定。必要时，还可以进行会诊，或多个治疗者进行多方面综合治疗。这种治疗方法实际仁是对治疗的一种思考方法，即采用生物一心理一社会综合模式。 (徐云撰梁宝勇徐俊见审)
