克菌壮分子式:C4H14NO2PS2分子量:203.7CAS号:熔点:180~182℃毒性LD50(mg/kg):急性经口:雄小白鼠6400,雌小白鼠5600;小白鼠急性经皮大于0000。沙门氏菌/微粒体致畸实验呈阴性。蓄积系数5.3,属弱蓄积性。性状:有韭菜臭味的白色片状晶体,原药为灰白色或淡黄色粉末颗粒。溶解情况:在水中溶解度很大,易溶于乙醇、甲醇、丙酮等有机溶剂。用途:保护性杀菌剂,主要用于防治水稻白叶枯病、细菌性条斑病,兼治水稻纹枯病。对柑桔溃疡病也有毫好的防效。对小麦、水稻、蔬菜等有刺激生长和增产作用。通常以675~1012.5g/ha(有效成分)喷雾。应在傍晚施药,避免因日晒产生药害;应在雨前1~2天施药,以免药液被雨水冲掉。制备或来源:由无水乙醇与五硫化二磷进行酯化反应,生成O,O-二乙基二硫代磷酸,再通氨进行反应,生成克菌壮。备注:有微酸性及在中性介质中稳定,在碱性介质中易分解。 勿接触皮肤,一旦接触立即用肥皂或洗衣粉洗净。不可与强酸和强碱物质混用。喷洒要均匀,否则易产生药害。包装及贮运:本品应密封贮存在荫凉干燥处。类别:杀菌剂
