载脂蛋白分子式:CAS号:性质:血浆脂蛋白的蛋白质组分称为载脂蛋白。主要在肝(部分在小肠)合成,按ABC系统命名,各类又可细分几个亚类,以罗马数字表示(见附表)。载脂蛋白是构成血浆脂蛋白的重要组分,赋予脂类以可溶的形式,而且在血浆脂蛋白代谢中起重要作用:(1)促进脂类运输;(2)调节酶活性;(3)引导血浆脂蛋白同细胞表面受体结合。是功能上极其活跃的一组血浆蛋白质。
