承兑承兑honor票据的付款人接受出票人的付款委托，同意承担支付票据金额的义务，并将其以文字形式记载于票据上的行为。承兑是汇票特有的票据行为。付款人在汇票上签署“承兑”字样，并经签字或盖章，确认承担汇票的付款责任后，即成为承兑人，承兑人是汇票的主债务人。完成承兑行为要经过两个步骤：首先，由持票人向付款人作承兑的提示，即持票人为行使或保全票据的权利，向付款人出示票据，请其承兑；付款人在验明汇票后，根据具体情况作出是否承兑或是否全部承兑的表示。如果全部承兑，即在票面注明“承兑”字样并签章；如果暂时只承兑汇票票面金额的一部分，则写明“部分承兑”字样并签章；如果付款人暂无支付能力，经与持票人商量并达成按一定赔偿条件延期支付协议后，写明“延期承兑”字样和付款日期并签章；如果付款人因某种原因不同意或不完全同意支付票面所载金额，则写明“拒绝承兑”字样并签章。在发生拒绝承兑情况时，持票人有权要求出票人或其他背书人赔款。
