多段焚烧炉分子式:CAS号:性质:也称多炉膛焚烧炉。是固体废物焚烧处理的一种主要炉型。它由多段燃烧炉膛构成,炉中心有一顺时针旋转的中心轴,各段的中心轴上带有多个耙杆。操作时,将固体废物连续不断地送到最上层的外围处,在耙杆的作用下迅速在炉床上分散,然后由中间孔落到下一段。在第二段,固体废物在耙杆作用下,边分散边向外移动。并从外围落下。这样,固体废物在奇数段从外向里,在偶数段从里向外运动,逐层下落,被从炉底引入的热空气干燥,并在760~980℃下进行焚烧处理。多段焚烧炉具有适应性强、操作弹性大、可靠性高的优点,但机械设备多,需进行较多的维修和保养。它主要用于处理污泥等固体废物。
