高炉煤气洗涤废水处理高炉煤气洗涤废水处理treatment of wastewater from blast-gas washing  沉淀大多数钢铁厂采用自然沉淀法。在水质要求高时,也可采用混凝沉淀法。处理构筑物有辐流式沉淀池和平流式沉淀池(见沉淀池)。前者由于排泥方便,应用较后者广泛。首都钢铁公司建造的四座辐流式沉淀池,直径30m,可将进水的悬浮物浓度为l。。。mg/L降至7。。g/L左右,满足悬浮物浓度不大于10omg/L的循环水水质要求。武汉钢铁公司在设计中采用0.smg几的聚丙烯酞胺,可使出水的悬浮物降至SOmg/L以下。 冷却高炉煤气洗涤废水通常采用冷却塔降温冷却,风筒式冷却塔和机力式冷却塔均有应用。首都钢铁公司建造了两座400m3的双曲线型风筒式冷却塔,处理水量为4000m3/h,淋水密度为5.5m3/(mZ·h)。设计夏季上塔水温为55C,下塔水温低于40U,满足洗涤用水的温度要求。湘潭钢铁公司建造了六座机力通风冷却塔,冷却水量为800m丫h,淋水密度1.65m3/〔mZ·h)。设计的夏季上塔水温为55C,下塔水温低于40℃,也满足使用要求。比较两种塔型,前者的建造费用较高,但免去了机械维修带来的麻烦;后者则正好相反。 水质稳定在高炉煤气洗涤过程中,由于与煤气的直接接触,使水的硬度、含盐量和游离二氧化碳大量增加。高炉煤气每洗涤一次的水中物质增值见表2。在 表2煤气每洗涤一次的废水水质增量井废水的沉淀和冷却过程中,由于水的蒸发和二氧化碳的逸出,使水的硬度和含盐量进一步增大,导致结垢的趋势增强,产生了水质的不稳定。通过多年来的试验研究和生产实践,高炉煤气洗涤废水的水质稳定处理技术已取得了较大的进展和较满意的效果。采用较多的 方法有:石灰一碳化法、酸化法、旁路软化与药剂联合 法、药剂与串级用水结合法。 (1)石灰一碳化法,可分两步实施。先向废水中投 加石灰乳使酸式碳酸盐产生沉淀而析出,反应如下: Ca(HCO3):+Ca(OH):—ZCaCO:今+ZHzO Mg(HCO3):+ZCa(OH)2— ZCaCO3十+Mg(OH):奋+H:O 上述沉淀物经固液分离后可除去大多数结垢物质。在 处理水进行洗涤前,再用废气中的CO:对废水进行碳 化,使残存的结垢物质复溶于水中。反应如下: CaCO3+CO:+HZO一Ca(HCO3)2该法在某钢铁厂使用后,效果良好,保证了循环率高达 94%。处理流程见图1。粼翰蕊{ 污泥 图1石灰一碳化法处理流程 (2)酸化法,其基本原理是通过向废水中投加硫酸或盐酸,使水中溶解度较小的碳酸盐硬度转化为溶解度较大的非碳酸盐硬度,从而减缓结垢趋势。
