1.Objective:To investigate the expression of N-acetyl-glucosamine-6-O-sulfotransferase,an important enzyme in synthetic enzyme for L-selectin ligant in the endometrium from the patients with carcinoma of endometrium and normal women.目的:检测L-选择素配体合成的关键酶,N-乙酰氨基葡萄糖-6-磺基转移酶(N-acetyl-glucosamine-6-O-sulfotransferase),在子宫内膜癌和正常子宫内膜组织中的表达。
2.Objective To study the expression and significance of L-selectin and N-acetyl-glucosamine-6-O-sulfotransferase,which is a synthetase of L-selectin ligand in the carcinogenesis of squamous cell carcinoma of uterine cervix.目的探讨L-选择素及其配体合成酶,N-乙酰氨基葡萄糖-6-磺基转移酶,在宫颈鳞状上皮癌癌变过程中的表达及意义。
