耐盐水性分子式:CAS号:性质:漆膜耐盐水性分为常温法(甲法)和加温法(乙法),甲法中将漆膜样板封边后,浸入3%氯化钠水溶液中[(25±1)] ℃,达到规定的浸泡时间后取出样板,用水洗除盐迹,观察漆膜有无剥落、起皱、起泡、生锈、变色和失光。乙法中试验浸度为(40±1)℃,其他同甲法。测耐酸碱性用普通低碳钢棒,用浸渍法涂上漆膜。将试棒浸入(25±1)℃的酸(或碱)液中浸泡。检查漆膜有无失光、变色、小泡、斑点,脱落等现象。
