中国系统工程学会 中国系统工程方面的科学技术工作者的全国性学术团体。1979年筹备，由钱学森、关肇直等21名专家、学者共同倡议，组建了中国系统工程学会筹委会。1980年11月18日在北京正式成立。名誉理事长钱学森、薛暮桥。理事长关肇直，副理事长刘豹、李国平、宋健、张钟俊、陈珽、薛葆鼎,秘书长许国志。1985年7月召开第二届理事会,选举产生理事长许国志,副理事长刘豹、陈珽、汪应洛、郭树枋,秘书长顾基发。理事会下设7个专业委员会(军事系统工程委员会、社会经济系统工程委员会、农业系统工程委员会、系统理论委员会、模糊数学与模糊系统委员会、教育系统工程专业委员会、信息系统工程专业委员会),一个专业学组（法制系统科学专业学组）和6个工作委员会(学术委员会、教育与普及工作委员会、编辑出版委员会、国际学术交流委员会、中国系统工程学会咨询服务中心、学会办公室)。学会的宗旨是大力开展学术交流活动，促进系统工程理论和方法的普及与提高,促进系统工程在各个领域的应用,努力提高组织管理技术水平,为国民经济建设服务。中国系统工程学会1986年底有会员1500余人（地方学会会员未计入内）。1982年4月、1983年11月、1985年7月分别在长沙、武汉、西安召开了第二、三、四届学术年会。1981年创刊《系统工程学报》（半年刊）。
