炔螨特分子式:C19H26O4S分子量:350.17CAS号:2312-35-8性质:琥珀色粘稠液。160℃分解。相对密度1.14,折光率1.5223。溶于大多数有机溶剂,不溶于水。制备方法:将叔丁醇和氢氧化钠混合,加热至150℃,在1h内滴加1,2-环氧环已烷,保持在150-160℃下反应。滴毕,搅拌半小时,加入二甲苯,冷却至100℃,用浓硫酸中和,蒸除部分二甲苯,带出中和生成的水,即得2-(对-叔丁基苯氧基)环已醇的二甲苯溶液。加热至60℃,在半小时内加氯化亚砜,在5-10℃搅拌2.5h,室外放置15h。再减压加热蒸除挥发性物质,得2-(对-叔丁基苯氧基)环已基氯代磺酸酯。最后,将其加入炔丙醇、吡啶和二甲苯的混合液中,在5-15℃搅拌半小时,用水洗反应物,水层用醚萃取,经后处理,得克螨特。用途:广谱性杀螨剂,具有胃毒和触杀作用。对若螨和成螨均有特效,但对天敌无害,适用于棉花、果树、茶树等作物上的螨类防治。急性经口毒性大白鼠LD50为2200mg/kg。
