电渗析法电渗析法electrodialysis method d ionshenxifo电渗析法(electrodi街515 method)溶液中正负离子在直流电场作用下,各有选择性地透过阳、阴离子交换膜向另一侧迁移,从而实现了离子的分离或浓缩。离子交换膜是电渗析的核心,1950年裘达研制高选择透过性的阴、阳离子交换膜的成功及随后的一系列改进提高,为电渗析奠定了基础。常规电渗析都在极限电流密度以下操作,为了消除极化引起的沉淀,美国艾奥尼克斯公司于70年代推出频繁倒极电渗析,每小时倒极3~4次,同时倒换浓淡水流。电渗析工程中常用的流程为一次连续式,一级多段或多级多段;另外,根据实际情况可用循环或部分循环形式。电渗析过程已成熟,主要改进集中在高选择透过性、耐介质侵蚀的离子交换膜的开发,装置的大型化和自动化,高温电渗析等方面。(高从楷)
