1-氨基-2,4-二溴蒽醌分子式:C14H7Br2NO2分子量:381.03CAS号:81-49-2性质:红色粉末,熔点226℃。制备方法:由1-氨基蒽醌和水在锅中搅匀,经胶体磨细,再加入溴化锅中,加水调整体积。然后加入30%盐酸和溴,搅拌1h,慢慢加入10%次氯酸钠溶液。2h升温到50℃,保温2h,于3h内升温到80℃,保温反应至终点(测定熔点在220℃以上。)。加入10%亚硫酸氢钠溶液,冷到50℃以下,过滤,洗至中性,烘干即得。当每批加料1-氨基蒽醌50.17kg、溴48kg时,可得1-氨基-2,4-二溴蒽醌81.45kg。用途:染料及其它有机化工原料中间体。
