储气罐 储存燃气的容器,也称储气柜,是城市燃气输配系统中的主要设备之一。储气罐的作用是解决燃气生产、供应与应用之间的不平衡。当用气量小于产气量时,将多余的燃气在储气罐中储存起来,用以补充高峰用气负荷时供气量的不足。储气罐一般只用来平衡城市用气的日不均匀性和小时不均匀性。储气罐也可作为混合器,以稳定燃气成分。 低压储气罐 储气压力为1~5千帕。这类储气罐是靠改变容积储气的,压力基本维持恒定。当气源压力不高时,常采用这种储气罐(见彩图)。 低压储气罐有效储气量V可用下式计算 V=Vc嗚 式中Vc为储气罐的几何容积;嗚为储气罐的容积利用系数,一般为0.8~0.85。 高压储气罐 储气压力通常为400~800千帕。它是靠罐内压力的变化储气的,其几何容积固定不变,故也称定容储气罐。圆筒形高压储气罐可卧置或立置。单个几何容积为几十至几百立方米;球形高压储气罐的几何容积可达数千立方米(见彩图)。 当气源以高压供气时,宜采用高压储气罐。其有效储气量V可用下式计算 V=Vc(p-pc)/p0 式中Vc为储气罐的几何容积;p为最高工作压力;pc为最低剩余压力;p0为标准大气压。高压储气罐的容积利用系数嗘,可用下式表示: 嗘=Vp0Vcp=(p-pc)/p 储气罐最高工作压力按设计要求为定值,降低剩余压力即可提高容积利用系数。但剩余压力又受储气罐出口处连接的调压器进口压力的限制。为了提高储气罐容积利用系数,高峰用气时可通过引射器将进入罐站的燃气从罐中引射出来,以降低罐内剩余压力。
