染色体显带分子式:CAS号:性质:也称染色体分染法。是使细胞分裂中期的染色体沿长轴成直角方向出现特定形式横纹的一种方法。可用来进行染色体的鉴别等等。由于通过一定方法的处理所出现的横纹对于各个染色体都是特有的,因此,对染色体鉴定,对转位或缺失等染色体异常的分析是一种有效的手段。常见的方法有Q显带法、G显带法、进行碱或热变性的C显带法、与G显带法浓淡相悖的R显带法等;也有使用溴脲嘧啶-荧光色素(赫斯特33258)联用法(SCE)及3H-胸腺嘧啶核苷标记染色体的放射自显影和分染法的联用等。关于生成色带的机制,一般认为,它可能与碱基序列(G. C或A.T含量)的偏移、碱基的重复序列以及非组蛋白的结合等有关。
