碳青霉烯分子式:CAS号:性质:一种杂环体系,含有此杂环的抗生素称为碳青霉烯类抗生素。多种链霉菌产生此类化合物,5,6-反式碳青霉烯有:硫霉素(thien-amycin)、N-乙酰硫霉素、N-乙酰去氢硫霉素、差向硫霉素C、DOA-6129、NS-5、PS-5~8等。5,6-顺式碳青霉烯有:差向硫霉素A,B,E,F;复酸霉素A,B,C;毯霉素A,B等。这类抗生素对革兰氏阳性菌与阴性菌、需氧菌与厌氧菌都有很强的抗菌活性,并对β-内酰酶高度稳定。但化合物本身很不稳定,极易分解,并在体内能被肾脱氢肽酶降解。经化学修饰,改进稳定性,已有亚胺培南、配尼培南、美洛培南与百阿培南等临床应用,是当前评价最高的一类抗菌药物。
