公伯峡水电站公伯峡水电站Gongboxia Hydropower Station Gongboxia Shuldlonzhan公伯峡水电站(Gongboxia Hydropower Sta-tion)中国近期拟建水电站,位于青海省维化撤拉族自治县和化隆回族自治县交界处,是黄河干流上游龙(羊峡)一青(炯峡)河段的第四个梯级。工程主耍任务是发电并兼顾灌溉、供水。电站装机容黄1500MW,年发电女51.4亿kw·h。电站以330 kV一级电压、4回出线联人西北电力系统。可改善下游16万亩土地徽溉条件。 水文和水库特性坝址控制流域面积143619km.,多年平均流t 717 m3/s,年径流t 226亿m,,经上游龙羊峡水序调节后人库设计和校核洪峰流量分别为五百年一遇5440 m3/s,万年一遇7860 m3/s,年人库沙t 744万t.水库正常蓄水位2005.om,总库容6.2亿m,,调节库容0.75亿m3,为日调节水库.库区淹没耕地7585亩,迁移人口5340人。电站设计水头99.3m,最大工作水头106.6m,最小工作水头%.7 m. 坝址地形地质条件工程区地震基本烈度为姐度,大坝地展设计烈度为8度.坝址位于公伯峡出口段,河道平直,河谷不对称,发育有I、I、,、Iv、v级河流阶地。坝址区主要岩性为片岩、片麻岩及地层上部的花岗岩。自上游右岸至下游左岸展布的岩性软硬相间,接触较X杂。变质花岗岩中断层较发育,主要有F7、F15等。 枢纽布t水电站枢纽由液凝土面板堆石坝、右岸明集引水地面厂房、左岸滋洪道及两岸泄洪建筑物和灌溉取水口组成,见图。 大坝高127m,坝顶长423m,坝顶高租ZOIOm,上、下游坡分别为1:1.4和1,1.5。右岸I级阶地砂砾石层采用棍凝土防诊坡防渗,全长570m。右岸引水集长300m,宽约120m。进水口为混凝土重力式结构,底板高程1975m,最大坝高51.om,5条明钢管直径8.om,地面主厂房尺寸为184.05mX29 mx58.84m,内设5台单机容量3o0MW的水轮发电机组.发电机层高程1907.Zm,水轮机转速为125 r/min,吸出高度为一8.om。左岸开敞式滋洪道,设两个14X16m的表孔,垠顶商程1899m,最大泄量4394 m3/s,挑流消能.放空泄洪洞位于左岸,进口底板高程194Om,岸塔式进水口平板检修门尺寸7 mxgm,出口弧形工作门尺寸7.5 mX6m,全润长642.0m,挑流消能,最大泄t 1190 m3/s。“龙抬头”式右岸深孔泄洪洞,进口底板高程195Om,岸塔式进水口平板检修门8mxll.5m,弧形工作门7mxlom,隧润全长325.6m,最大泄t 2871 m3/s,挑流消能。灌派取水口分设在厂房进水口和滋洪道进水口的右、左侧,取水口中心高程1993.sm,引用流t分别为4.8 m3/s和3 .2 m3/s。
