《古经解钩沉》是清余萧客搜辑钩稽唐以前经籍训诂的辑佚著作，凡三十卷。余萧客(生卒年不详)，字仲林，号古农，江苏长洲(今苏州)人。清著名汉学家惠栋弟子，擅长训访考据，亦深于选学。著有《古经解钩沉》、《文选音义》、《文选杂题》等书。清代汉学兴起之后，宋以前尤其是汉代的经注经说受到学术界的普遍重视。但汉唐诸儒的经注经说在长期流传过程中多有散失亡佚，清代学者已难以窥其原貌。因此，自惠栋开始，清代许多汉学家都十分致力于汉儒经说的发掘和表彰。余萧客继武其师，广搜群书，采辑唐以前经籍训诂，编成《古经解钩沉》三十卷。首为《叙录》一卷，以下按各经排列，依次为《周易》一卷、《尚书》三卷、《毛诗》二卷、《周礼》一卷、《仪礼》二卷、《礼记》四卷、《左传》七卷、《公羊传》一卷、《毅梁传》一卷、《孝经》一卷、《论语》一卷、《孟子》二卷、《尔雅》三卷。其中《叙录》、《周易》、《左传》均各分一于卷，故全书实际为三十三卷。各经所采，“自诸家经解所引，旁及史传类书，凡唐以前之旧说，有片语单词可考者，悉著其目。虽有人名而无书名，有书名而无人名者，亦皆登载”(《四库全书总目》卷三十三)，并注明卷第出处。凡有经文同异者，均以宋版参校，以证明代监本之讹误。虽有个别别择不精，乃至“钩而未沉”、“沉而未钩”之处，但仍不失为考证唐以前经籍训诂的重要著作。
