零件的参数有精度与经济精度的概念,螺纹作为零件的一种,其参数自然也有精度与经济精度的概念。搞清楚具体螺纹参数的精度与经济精度的分别,知道哪个参数在标准中是“精度”的意义,哪个参数是“经济精度”的意义,对认识现时螺纹精度存在的问题,通过设计的改进,有效提高螺纹的精度,生产各种“高精度螺纹”,具有重大的指导意义。1.零件参数的精度与经济精度的概念让我们先来复习一下零件参数的“精度”与“经济精度”的概念。《GB1800 公差与配合》标准,对“精度”有准确的定义。在机械制造中,我们常常会选择和标注的某一零件参数的精度,也就是我们平常所见所说的公差,这个精度高低(公差的大小),是国际标准公差(IT)的大小排定的。那么,“经济精度”又是一个什么样的概念呢?这个概念在该国家标准中没有说明,在其它的资料中,也很少有表述。“经济精度”其实是一个“实践的概念”,所谓“实践的概念”,是一种“可变的”内在关系。这话怎么解?如我们现在的普通车床,它加工零件的精度可达IT6级,磨床,可达IT4级。这个“级数”,既是就机床的精度,也是就机床的“经济精度”而言的;也就是说,用这种机床生产加工零件,实现或达到上述的精度是正常的精度,是客观的精度,是一种客观上可“自然地”、“轻松地”实现的能力或内在关系。另一方面,这种“经济精度”也是可变的,如几十年后,我们制造车床的精度水平提高了,这种车床实现IT5级或IT4级精度都是一件“轻松”的事时,则这时车床的经济精度就提高到了IT5级或IT4级了。这段话,说得虽不很清楚,但实践中我们的设计人员会自如地做到:当零件只需要用普通车床加工就能满足使用要求时,他绝不会选择或标注一个IT5级以上的精度,否则,我们的车间工艺人员就得增加一道磨削的工序了,因为磨削才是IT5级以上精度所能“轻松”达到的“经济精度”。这是第一层关系的意思。
