硼酸铝晶须分子式:nAl2O3·B2O3 CAS号:性质:一种非金属晶须。n根据制不同而改变。(1)在1000~1400℃温度,使水蒸气通过气态的氟化铝和氧化硼的混合物产生4Al2O3·B2O3晶须;(2)将氢氧化铝和氧化硼的混合物加热熔融生成硼酸铝晶须。按液相方法产生的硼酸铝晶须,化学式3Al2O3·B2O3或9Al2O3·B2O3;(3)将氧化铝、四硼酸钠和氯化锂的混合的回执至1200℃,制得2.5Al2O3·B2O3晶须;(4)将氧化铝,四硼酸钠和氧化硼的混合物回执至1400℃,可制得4.8Al2O3·B2O3晶须;(5)将一种铝的氧化物,含铝的硫酸盐和硼的氧化物混合,并以碱金属硫酸盐为助熔剂,加热至900~1200℃,可制得化学组成为9Al2O3·B2O3的硼酸铝晶须具有优良的力学性能,拉伸强度8000MPa,模量400GPa,密度2.95g/cm3化学稳定性和吸收中子的能力强,为热和电的非导体。可作为热塑性树脂,热固性树脂,玻璃,金属和水泥的增强体。
