4′-脱甲基鬼臼脂素分子式:CAS号:性质:又称去甲鬼臼脂素,4′-脱甲基鬼臼脂素。属木脂素类化合物。棱柱状结晶(乙醇),熔点250~251.6℃。旋光度-130(c=0.75,氯仿)。溶于氯及丙酮,不溶于水、甲醇及乙醇。来源于小檗科植物西藏鬼臼(Podophyllum emodi Wall)的树脂,亚麻科植物白亚麻(Linum album kotschy)。具有显著的抗癌活性,但因毒性太大,只供临床外用治疗皮肤癌,此外还具有抗病毒作用。
