汽轮机本体疏水系统汽轮机本体疏水系统drainage system of steam turbine q IlunJ.bent!shushul xltong汽轮机本体疏水系统(drainage system ofsteam turbine)排除汽轮机内积水和防止汽轮机进水的系统。汽轮机内积水和进水有三处来源:一是在汽轮机起动时,高温蒸汽遇到低温蒸汽管道和汽轮机部件,会形成大量冷凝水;二是汽轮机运行时,处于湿燕汽区工作的各压力级,随蒸汽湿度逐级增大,会产生较大水滴;三是系统或设备的不正常积水,通过与汽缸连接的管道进人汽轮机.因此,必须设置疏水系统及时排出汽轮机内的积水和水滴,并采取措施防止外部的水进人汽轮机,保证汽轮机的安全运行。 汽轮机积水的危害机内积水或机外存水侵人是大型汽轮机强迫停机的主要原因之一。它所造成的主要危害有:①动静部分摩擦.②推力轴承损坏;③叶片损坏;④严重的热应力,使较厚的部件引起低周疲劳开裂,⑤使隔板、阀门、汽缸和转子产生永久变形。 疏水点的布!为防止汽轮机内积水、进水和水滴的危害,必须在恰当的部位设置疏水点:①主汽门、燕汽室、调节汽门和汽缸内的冷凝水,从各自底部设置的疏水孔,由管道引出;②机内处于湿蒸汽区的隔板上设集水槽,收集动叶甩出的水滴,并将其排入凝汽器(见除板与隔板套)。此外,为防止系统及设备不正常积水通过与汽轮机本体直接连通的管道进人汽轮机,应在这些管道的最低处设疏水孔;并在与汽缸连接的各抽汽管道隔离门前后设疏水点及隔离门前或后设自动保护装置,防止因加热器、除氧器满水引起水侵人汽轮机内。 疏水系统疏水系统的设计原则是把各处疏水按压力高低分档归类,分别引人相应压力的疏水联箱,再排人疏水扩容器中,为避免不同压力的疏水之间互相干扰。其要点是:①汽轮机疏水不得接入锅炉的疏水扩容器;②汽轮机本体疏水不得与主蒸汽或再热蒸汽管道的疏水接人同一疏水联箱;③疏水膨胀箱和疏水联箱应有足够的排放能力,膨胀箱的汽侧应与凝汽器的喉部相通;④疏水管道朝疏水点方向连续倾斜;⑤连接到凝汽器壳体上的疏水管和联箱,应处于热井最高水位以上;⑥疏水管路必须防冻;⑦疏水管除了动力操纵阀以外的其他隔离阀应采用锁开式;⑧疏水管道要有足够大的截面积,保证最小压差条件下能通过最大可能疏水量;⑨连续疏水节流孔应设置在可以经常清理的地方,且不易为杂物堵塞;⑩汽轮机和抽汽管道的疏水阀应是动力操作的,这些阀门在汽轮机跳闸时自动打开,并能在控制室远方操作;⑩疏水器(能顺利排出冷凝水而不使蒸汽排出的装置)与自动操作疏水阀并联使用;⑩疏水管可以分别通到连接管上或安装在凝汽器壳体上的疏水联箱上;⑩给水加热器、射汽抽气器、汽封蒸汽冷却器来的连续疏水,不允许与汽轮机的本体疏水或热力系统管道疏水排人同一疏水联箱;⑩疏水管是否堵塞可由温度测量探知。 进水监测一种简单易行的监测进水部位的方法是在汽轮机外缸有蒸汽进入或排出的若干断面上,如第一级进汽、高压缸排汽(再热汽出口)、再热汽进口、有关抽汽口等处的顶部和底部设置成对的热电偶,监视其温度差。如底部温度陡然大量下降,则表示该处已有水侵人。虽然这是事后的指示,但如能及时切断水源排除缸内积水,仍可避免设备的严重损伤.
