神经节苷脂分子式:分子量:CAS号:性质:含有唾液酸(N-乙酰神经氨酸)的酸性糖鞘脂。神经节苷脂的组成十分复杂,不同的神经节苷脂所含的糖基的唾液酸的数目和连接方式不同,可用G代表神经节苷脂,M、D、T分别代表单、二、三唾液酸基,下标数字1、2、3分别代表四糖基、三糖基、二糖基神经酰胺,GM1就表示由单个唾液酸基和四糖基神经酰胺连接而成的神经节苷脂。现已分离出的几十种神经节苷脂中,几乎都有一糖基与神经酰胺以糖苷键相连,寡糖键中含有葡萄糖、半乳糖和N-乙酰-D-半乳糖胺。主要存在于动物的脑组织、神经组织细胞膜中,其他组织如肝、肾、脾、红血球细胞中也有。它具有多种生物功能,是中枢神经系统某些神经元膜的特征性组分,与神经信息传递密切相关。细胞表面的神经节苷脂与血型专一性、组织免疫性和细胞识别等有关。干扰素、促甲状腺素、霍乱毒素等的受体也是神经节苷脂类物质。它在分子识别中起重要作用。
