碳酸氢根    碳酸氢根    包括标准碳酸氢盐(SB)和实际碳酸氢盐(AB),是反映代谢性酸碱平衡失常的指标。SB为在标准条件(全血在37℃,完全氧合及PaCO24.9kPa的气体平衡后)下所测得血浆HCO-3的含量,不受呼吸因素的影响,正常平均值为24(22~26)mmol/L。AB为血浆中HCO-3的真实含量,可受呼吸因素的影响,正常人两者并无差异,两者的差异要反映呼吸时血浆HCO-3的影响程度。如SB>AB,表示CO2排出增加;AB>SB,表示CO2潴留。
