肌氨基酐分子式:C4H7N3O分子量:113.12CAS号:60-27-5性质:白色结晶。热至300℃分解,溶于水,微溶于醇,几乎不溶于醚、丙酮和氯仿。制备方法:将900g水合肌酸、550ml浓盐酸和150ml水加热24h。热滤,滤液在冰浴中冷至0-5℃,加入1L28%氨水。冷却下搅拌,使温度降至0℃,滤出肌酐晶体,用氨水洗涤至不含氯离子,再用冷甲醇洗涤,干燥,得肌酐约550g。用途:分析试剂(血液鉴定)、生化研究试剂。
