冠状动脉钙化计分冠状动脉钙化计分 影像学术语。以冠状动脉钙化的定量测量为依据,判断冠状动脉性心脏病的方法。冠状动脉钙化的测量目前只能在电子束(超高速)CT及较新型的螺旋CT上实施。计分的公式为钙化面积(mm2)乘以CT峰值系数。峰值系数可分为4分:1分=130HU~199HU;2分=200HU~299HU;3分=300HU~399HU;4分=400HU以上。实际工作中,依据病人的年龄组及相应的正常值范围来判断病人是否患有冠状动脉性心脏病。
