单光子吸收法单光子吸收法BMC  是利用同位素发出的一定量的γ射线穿过人体组织时,γ射线被吸收的量与组织的厚度存在着指数函数的关系,而不同组织的吸收特性又不同,但软组织和水对γ射线则相同,故利用水浴可消除软组织的影响,即可测出骨组织对γ射线的吸收量,再通过计算机系统换算出所测出部位的骨矿含量(BMC)。因为要借助于水浴,此法主要用于四肢骨测量和人群普查。
