碘对比剂碘对比剂 影像学检查辅助用药。影像学检查中应用最广泛的阳性对比物质。碘的原子序数53,原子量126.904,对射线的衰减系数很高,当以结合碘的形式应用时生物学耐受性很高。医学领域内用作对比剂的碘制剂从化学结构上区分为无机碘和有机碘制剂,前者目前已淘汰。根据溶解的溶剂不同分为脂(油)溶性与水溶性,还有乳化的剂型;根据在体内代谢的方式分为经肝排泄与经肾排泄的制剂,分别用于不同的用途;根据在体液内是否发生电离分为离子型与非离子型制剂,后者具有较高的生物学安全性。碘剂为一种半抗原性物质,和一些其他物质结合后可在人体引起过敏反应。
