羟基丙酮分子式:C3H6O2分子量:74.08CAS号:116-09-6性质:无色液体。凝固点-17℃,沸点145-146℃,96-97℃(20kPa)。溶于水、乙醇、乙醚。存在于啤酒、烟草、蜂密中。该品不稳定,可加甲醇使基稳定。制备方法:取氢氧化钾、无水甲醇及甲酸乙酯一起回流2h,制成甲酸钾的甲醇溶液。将其与溴丙酮加热回流,反应16h,反应毕冷却至0℃,滤除溴化钾,取滤液蒸馏,收集40-43℃(1.6kPa)馏分,得羟基丙酮,收率54-58%。用途:有机合成中间体。
